1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns due to Change of Mind)

This right is guaranteed by European consumer protection law, regardless of the logistics provider or manufacturer involved. At GranPlaza.eu, the customer always deals directly with DIGITAL MARKET LUIVI, S.L. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without justification within 14 calendar days, as established by EU consumer protection law. However, GranPlaza.eu voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days for greater customer convenience.

1.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.

1.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (for example, by written statement sent by email):

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

The consumer assumes the shipping costs:

According to Article 107.1 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), you must bear the direct cost of returning the product to our authorized logistics facilities.

  • The product must be shipped to the address we provide once your withdrawal request is accepted.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs and any damage that may occur during the return transport.

1.4 Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product’s condition, we will proceed with the refund:

  • Refund Period: within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
  • Refund Amount: the price of the product plus initial delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs chosen by the customer).
  • Refund Method: the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No penalties or additional charges will be applied for exercising this right within the established period.

2. Product Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for withdrawal, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The applicable withdrawal period on GranPlaza.eu is 30 calendar days.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and without signs of use beyond basic verification.
  • It must be returned in its original and complete packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts, if any.

If packaging or accessories are missing, a proportional value adjustment may be applied.

Exceptions (non-returnable):

  • Customized or clearly personalized items.
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that were unsealed after delivery (e.g., in-ear headphones, cosmetics, underwear).
  • Unsealed audio, video, or software products.

3. Legal Warranty for Defects or Damage (3 Years)

GranPlaza.eu is the only party legally responsible to the consumer for any product nonconformity appearing within three (3) years from delivery (in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, applicable to goods purchased after January 1, 2022).

3.1 Defective or Damaged Product

  • Cost: repair, replacement, and shipping costs are fully covered by GranPlaza.eu (no cost to the customer).
  • Procedure: notify the defect or damage to support@granplaza.eu within 48 hours of receipt if the damage is visible. We will arrange collection and replacement or repair as appropriate.
  • Collection: GranPlaza.eu will coordinate pickup of the defective product with the carrier.

3.2 Warranty Terms

  • Warranty period: Three (3) years from delivery.
  • Presumption of defect: During the first two years, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
